Thank you for your interest in attending the 4th Global Ophthalmology Summit in Chicago, Illinois on August 15-17, 2025.

To register, you will need a free American Academy of Ophthalmology website login and password. Create an account today.​

​​​​​Registration Fees

In-person meeting also includes podium abstract presentations, networking, receptions, wet labs, the Hackathon, breakfast and lunch, light appetizers at receptions, and more.

​

The virtual option provides access to sessions in the main room, Grand Horizon Ballroom A-D, on Friday and Saturday via Zoom. Note that the Hackathon, break-out sessions, abstract posters and networking will not be broadcasted or recorded. 

​

​NOTE: GOS room block is available at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Chicago until sold out. The room block at the Marriott Marquis Chicago is sold out. GOS podium speakers will receive a 20% discount on their GOS 2025 registration (live only). Podium speakers please confirm that the discount has been applied to your cart BEFORE registering, as refunds will not be provided. If you do not see the discount, email gos@aao.org. GOS Consortium members receive two complimentary registrations, please do not register on your own.

​To cancel your registration and receive a full refund, email gos@aao.org by Friday, June 13, 2025 at 5 p.m. PT. Include your name, email, order number, and Academy identification number, if available, in your request. Cancellations between Friday, June 13 and Monday, June 30, 2025 will be charged a $75 USD. Refunds will not be processed for cancellation requests received after Monday, June 30, 2025 at 5 p.m. PT. Attendee substitutions may be available by writing to gos@aao.org with the reason.
