Registration Fees

We are pleased to offer an in-person Summit including podium abstract presentations, networking, receptions, wet labs, the Hackathon and more.

​

A virtual option for the main session room on Friday and Saturday will be available for those that cannot attend in person. Note that the Hackathon, break-out sessions, abstract posters and networking will not be broadcasted or recorded. 

​

Fees include breakfast and lunch, as well as light appetizers at receptions.

To cancel your registration and receive a full refund, email gos@aao.org by June 15, 2024 at 5 p.m. PT. Include your name, email, order number and Academy identification number, if available, in your request. Cancellations between June 15 and July 1, 2024 will be charged a $75 USD. Refunds will not be processed for cancellation requests received after July 1, 2024 at 5 p.m. PT. Attendee substitutions may be available by writing to gos@aao.org with the reason.
