Poster Information

Congratulations on having your abstract accepted for the fourth annual Global Ophthalmology Summit in Chicago, Illinois. Below is key information regarding your poster presentation(s):

​

  • Poster should be 4' horizontal by 3' vertical (feet) to ensure it will fit on the boards we are providing. 
     

  • In the top right corner of your poster, please include a section entitled “Global Health Impact”. In this section, include 2 to 3 sentences on the local or global impact of your work being presented.
     

  • You will then be able to hang your poster with the clips provided.
     

  • Poster presentations will take place:

  • Bring your poster to the Registration Desk located in the Grand Horizon Ballroom Foyer before 8 a.m. on the morning of your poster presentation to receive your assigned place.
     

  • You may remove your poster after 4 p.m. on your assigned date. Posters will be removed and destroyed if not picked up by the end of the meeting at 11 a.m. on Sunday, August 17.
     

  • Author or representative is required to stand next to the poster during the entire poster presentation session. 
     

  • Email gos@aao.org if your plans change and you can not attend or if someone else is presenting your poster for you.
