Exhibit Staff

Please make sure we have the correct staff member names by Aug. 2 so we can ensure accurate registration.

There are two registrations included in your exhibitor package. Additional personnel will have to register for the meeting separately at full price. The exhibitor badge does include full meeting access.

If there are last-minute changes in who will be staffing your booth or table, please let us know at gos@aao.org. If we have accurate information on who will be checking in, then the whole process will be much smoother for your reps.

Shipping
If you plan to ship anything to or from the hotel, please review shipping information. The hotel will be able to accept deliveries, but please connect with them directly about arrival and storage reservations. They will also be able to ship outgoing items if they are packed and labeled for their team to pickup.

Check In
Staff are able to check in starting Thursday, Aug. 8 at 5 pm PST. There will be a check in table in the Plaza Foyer where they can get their badges, space assignment, etc.
Exhibit Hours
The exhibit area will be open from 7:30 am – 5 pm on Friday, Aug. 9 and Saturday, Aug. 10
Setup
Thursday, Aug. 8 from 6 pm – 11 pm
Teardown
Saturday, Aug. 10 from 5 – 11 pm

Lodging
The discounted rate at the Hilton Portland Downtown is available until July 19. The Duniway is an alternative hotel close by.
Logo
Please send your company’s logo so we can include in promotional materials
Power
If you require more than a standard outlet for your booth, please let us know so we can put you in touch with the AV team.
